Brooke

Born and raised in the south. Following a brief stint out west, Brooke Heuts now resides in Durham, NC and is the artist and designer behind Grey Goods Studio. Her academic background has concentrated on textiles and different printing process' with a Bachelors of Art and Design and a Master of Fine Arts in Fibers. Repetition, pattern and texture found in her surroundings constantly inspire her. When not making, you can find her cuddling Finnegan + Frankie and probably pruning tomato plants in the backyard garden.

Frankie + Finn

Frankie is just obsessed with tearing up textiles. Old or new, she likes it all. She pays special attention to how she can best get her tiny teeth between stitches and unravel them. She also excels at removing stuffing, so she isn’t allowed to help with the pillows yet.

Grey Goods Studio

Grey Goods Studio was founded in 2016 and named after woven fabric as it comes off the loom. Grey Goods embodies the beginning, the first mark. Colorful and hand drawn patterns create functional products for everyday living. Textile designs, home furnishings, fine art and custom work is at the heart of Grey Goods Studio where handmade construction and sustainable printing processes and materials are key.
